Kids reduction:
Accomodation in parent’s room: kids are FOR FREE up to 5,9 years! Meals are included. Kids from 6 up to 11,9 years: reduction is – 50 %.
Kids from 12 up to 13,9 years: - 30 % discount. Single adult with kid: on request! Kids in separate bedroom: discount is – 20 % up to 14 years!

Arrival:
On arrival day booked rooms are available from 3 p.m. on. Check-out-time on day of departure: 10. a. m.
Considering our client’s need for rest we kindly ask booked customers to check in between 07 a.m. and 8. p.m. In case of late arrival we ask to inform our reception desk. In case of booking for one week we offer free transfer from airport or railway station Innsbruck. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee a definite room number or floor.

Reservation practice – Cancellation:
In case of cancellations of booked rooms, pre-departures or delayed arrivals please check: Austrian hotel business agreement. In order to fix your reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of € 200,- per booked room.

Prices are indicated per person/day, local tax excluded (€ 1,50 per day/person), valid for a weeks stay, including half-board.
All former price-indications loose their validity with the new one. Vacation packages have to be reserved in advance. We only accept cash-payment for their booking. In case of reservation B/B we grant a deduction of € 7,- per day/person. Use of double room for single person: supplement is: € 20,-/day.

For pets (dogs) in hotel we charge € 14,-/day (food excluded). They are not permitted in wellness-area and in restaurant.

All rooms dispose of bath/shower, toilet, radio/Sat-Tv with flatscreen, telephone, safe, balcony and hair-dryer.

Panorama indoorpool (10x5 m) with waterfall and jet-stream, Turkey steam bath and Finnish sauna, Stubai-„Heustadl"-sauna in garden (biosauna), infrared-cabin, aroma-sauna with massage on order, Solarium, gym, relaxzone with library and fireplace a.m.m
Breakfastbuffet with biological whole-food products from the local farmers, salad buffet, welcome-aperitif, galadinner, buffet „farmer"-style, etc..
Half board contains three 4-course-menues, saladbuffet and vegetarian choice.

Professional guest entertainment with driving trips, sunrise tours, hillwalks and topwalks, mountainbike tours, cultural Sightseeing, breakfast on a lokal alp, barbecue, proffesional children-entertainment-programme.

Winter:
Romantic Walking tour in torch-light, siedge-rising and side trip to a ski-lodge, free Shuttleservice from hotel to Stubai glacier cablecar Station and back (Christmas tili Eastem )

W-Lan (wireless-LAN-internet-connection) activated in the hotel!
